Final Baby Countdown
It’s starting to feel real. One week to go. Cheers to the final countdown! Shoutout to my photographers for this post: Jamie Carney Photography ABD Photography Our original June 5, 2022 baby is now Tuesday, May 31, 2022. We decided to move forward with a scheduled c-section, and though it was not what I envisioned, I know this is the best decision for my family and I. Our baby boy is measuring on the large side and after speaking to a couple of specialists, we decided this was the best decision in order to protect my pelvic floor. It’s crazy to think we are already 38 weeks and 2 days.…

Baby C’s 4D Ultrasound!
John and I just did a 4D ultrasound the other day and had the most incredible experience! I’ll be honest, I was nervous it would be a waste of time and money or maybe just even creepy, but we really loved it. We got to spend 30 minutes with our soon-to-be baby boy and see things in more detail than ever before. I didn’t actually find it that creepy and instead a lot of fun. We went to Fetal Vision Imaging, located at 1609 Woodbourne Rd #202b, Levittown, PA 19057. There are lots of places that do 4D ultrasounds but if you are in the area or close please choose…

We’re in the Third Trimester!
It is hard to believe that the third trimester is already here for John and I. We are so blessed with this soon-to-be son and for a pregnancy that has been relatively easy. Now that today marks the third trimester that means we are only 12 weeks away from the birth of our son. As of now, he is as big as a head of lettuce and weighs over 2 pounds, so exciting! His kicks are getting strong which is amazing to experience. Unfortunately, as beautiful as pregnancy is, my feet are swelling, acid reflux is a real awful thing, I’m becoming more tired, my emotions have me tearing up…

Moving into 2021!
Can you believe that we are nearing the end of January 2021 already?! I could have sworn just yesterday we walked into the year 2021. Time is flying by and I have no idea how it’s moving this fast. There’s been so much happening but yet I still find myself dreaming of all the beautiful memories that occurred in 2020. I wanted to share some of my favorites and then also update everyone on what’s to come for 2021. So many things are already underway! January: Right off the bat we started 2020 with such a good vibe by getting into the restaurant called “Chef Vola’s” in Atlantic City, New…

Longwood Gardens – Late Night Christmas Style
I have been craving to explore the beautiful Longwood Gardens everyone always talks about and I finally attended. I would see spectacular photos of this stunning scenery throughout the year in broad daylight, but for my first time going it was at night during the wonderful Christmas Holiday season, which I think is truly special. The experience was magical and if you’ve ever seen Disney World at Christmas time with their stunning lights and Christmas music, you may get some of those same shimmering vibes. I know that’s a corny correlation but that’s honestly how I felt, as if I was in a place full of magic. This was something…

Our Secret Elopement
Oh my gosh, we FINALLY got married. Let me first off say to everyone I love dearly that this was a hard decision. This is NOT how I saw my wedding taking place. I wanted one big wedding with everyone I loved at the same place at the same time. I felt a sense of betrayal running away secretly to marry the love of my life. I wasn’t even sure if it would feel like the right thing to do in the moment and I was beyond torn/heart broken. Deep down I knew this was the right thing for us as a couple but it was still hard to not…

Friday Night Flights: Sangria Tapas Restaurant Review
I’m not sure about you, but with summer coming to an end I am craving EVERY kind of food imaginable. I think my body is thriving on the last warms days we have left and taking full advantage of going out to eat at restaurant patios every chance I get. It sure is making my life expensive but extremely tasteful. My good friend came across a restaurant called “Sangria Tapas Restaurant” in Mahwah, NJ and they had me at “Sangria” and “Tapas.” I LOVE sangria. To me it’s the perfect summer sipping drink. I also love to share food so Sangria and Tapas honestly sounded like a match made in…

Bushkill Falls – The Niagara of Pennsylvania
I find it difficult to continuously think of fun ideas to explore when COVID is roaming the earth. This makes my summer bucket list almost impossible to tackle. Luckily, John and I are avid hikers, which gives us wiggle room on adventures. This past, long 4th of July weekend, we decided to go camping and head over to Bushkill Falls, PA. Being as Bushkill is about a 2 1/2 hour drive, having our dogs, and COVID still on the rise, we decided the safest route for an overnight was camping instead of a hotel. We decided to camp at Delaware Water Gap / Pocono Mountain KOA Holiday, which is only…

Anna Maria Island, FL
Hi all! So excited to tell you all about this trip! For Thanksgiving my family and I went to Anna Maria Island, FL. John and I headed on a 17 hour road trip to bring the pups….YES….we drove 17 hours just to bring the pups with us. It was exhausting. I know Thanksgiving, November 2019, was SO long ago but what better time than now to post this and relive all the beautiful moments we had before the devastating COVID struck our world! I hope everyone finds enjoyment out of this post during such a crazy time. Just as an FYI this post probably has the most photos I have…

West Coast Road Trip: Finale-Part 6 – Oregon!
Hi guys I can’t believe we’re at the final stretch! This is the last post of our West Coast Road Trip and I am sad to see it end. This trip was a once in a lifetime whirlwind and we had the best time. I think something I took away from this whole experience was being able to spend 2 full weeks in a car with John and not having fights or disagreements. We truly are great travel companions and I think that is so important to have, especially since we LOVE to travel. With that being said, let’s jump right into it! After the Redwood National and State Parks…
