Review: Brownstone Pancake Factory

I’m not sure if you are like me but I LOVE pancakes. Lately it’s been more of an unhealthy obsession, but who doesn’t like fluffy buttered bread and syrup?! If you are tired and bored of the regular diner pancakes you need to try “Brownstone Pancake Factory“. This place has over the top insanely unique pancakes and milkshakes.

This restaurant is located at 860 River Rd, Edgewater, NJ 07020 and they DO NOT take reservations. Honestly, it’s probably because they are just too high in demand and extremely busy. I would suggest going closer to their opening time at 7:00 AM because I imagine by 9:00 AM and onward it gets very crowded very quickly.

Also, FYI, parking in Edgewater is not always easy. They do offer valet parking at this restaurant, free of charge, but of course tipping the Valet Attendant on the way out would be a kind gesture.

I ordered the “Chocolate Covered Strawberry Pancakes” which was their chocolate chip pancakes topped with fresh strawberries, chocolate sauce & whipped cream.

John tried their “Show Stopper” pancakes which was their
chocolate chip & peanut butter pancakes topped with bananas, whipped cream & drizzled with caramel & chocolate sauce.

It was St. Patrick’s Day Weekend when we tried this restaurant and they had special pancakes and milkshakes just for the occasion. I kid you not, these are some of the coolest designed dessert breakfasts I have ever seen!

They literally have so many options it took me a good twenty minutes to decide what I wanted because in all honesty I wanted everything!

Here’s a good idea of what other kinds of pancakes they have to offer! The top left corner is their “Unicorn Milkshake”, the top right hand corner is their “Red Velvet Oreo Pancakes”, the bottom left hand corner is their “Nutella Wafer Sticks Pancakes”, and the bottom right hand corner is their “Girl Scout Cookie Milkshake.”
